Fixing horizontal lines in video

If you keep getting annoying horizontal lines displaying in video, you may have an interlace problem. It can be fixed if you re-encode the video with virtualdub using a specific filter called Deinterlace. The filter comes with the program and can be found under the menu Video.

Make sure it has the correct settings. When your video is finished, there are no more horizontal lines.
